Sign the building use waiver
Must be on file if your family intends on using the building outside of the traditional 8 AM - 12 Noon, Monday - Thursday schedule
The Association will coordinate office personnel to be available during the 12 Noon - 3 PM window
During this time, the normal classrooms, art room, library, computer lab, and gym will be available for use by school families
When using the building between 12 Noon and 3 PM:
Sign in and out on the room sheet showing what area of the building you will be using
Commit to being with your students the entire time that they are in the building
Clean up after yourselves (throw away trash and clean as necessary)
Leave the area or room in the same or better condition than how you found it
Janitor closets will be open and equipped with normal cleaning supplies
